Early Momentum Signals stands behind the value of its membership platform.
New members are protected by our Risk-Free 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason during the first 30 calendar days following the start of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund of your initial membership payment.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the first paid charge.
This guarantee applies only to a member's initial subscription purchase and does not apply to renewal charges, recurring subscription payments, upgrades, add-on products, or additional purchases.
Free Trial
Early Momentum Signals may offer a free trial period to allow prospective members to evaluate the platform, software tools, dashboards, and member resources before beginning a paid subscription.
Subscription Plans
Early Momentum Signals may offer monthly and annual membership plans. Current pricing, promotional offers, and subscription details are displayed at the time of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to a member's first paid subscription.
After the initial 30-day guarantee period expires, all membership fees are non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for:
• Partial subscription periods
• Unused time remaining in a subscription
• Failure to use the service
• Changes in trading results
• Dissatisfaction with market conditions
• User error
• Changes in personal circumstances
Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future recurring billing. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund unless the request falls within the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period described above.
Upon cancellation, access to membership services, dashboards, software tools, and member-only resources may be terminated in accordance with the current membership terms.
Billing Errors
If a member believes they have been charged incorrectly due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or processing mistake, they should contact Early Momentum Signals promptly.
Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected, including the issuance of refunds when appropriate.
Unauthorized Charges
If a customer believes a payment was made without authorization, Early Momentum Signals will investigate the matter and work in good faith to resolve verified unauthorized transactions.
Verified unauthorized charges may be refunded when appropriate.
Abuse of Free Trials or Refund Policy
Early Momentum Signals reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any user who attempts to abuse, manipulate, or repeatedly exploit free trial offers or refund requests.
Changes to This Policy
Early Momentum Signals reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website.
