How Soon Did Early Momentum Signals See the Move?

For the last fifteen months, I’ve spent an enormous amount of time trying to make Early Momentum Signals faster, cleaner, and more useful.

But lately I’ve been focused on another question:

How can I easily demonstrate EMS is actually improving?

Not with one great screenshot.

Not with one monster runner.

Not with a chart after the fact.

With data.

That is why we are building a Daily Early Momentum Trading Scorecard.

The goal is simple: show what the signals actually did.

The good. The bad. The ordinary. And the exceptional.

First, What Do These Signals Mean?

If you are new to Early Momentum Signals, some of the terminology may not mean much yet.

So here is the simple version.

Raw H1 is the earliest stage measured in this scorecard. It means the platform has documented the first Higher High inside a new momentum cycle.

Think of it as: “Something is starting to happen here. Pay attention.”

It is intentionally early. Some Raw H1 signals continue, some stall, and many reverse. That is why it is raw.

Momentum Intelligence comes later. It is another layer of the Command Center that looks for additional evidence that the developing move is continuing to earn attention.

Think of it as: “This stock has now confirmed that the momentum deserves a closer look.”

Neither signal predicts what happens next. The scorecard measures what actually happened afterward.

The Entire Population Matters

This was important to me from the beginning. I do not want to publish a scoreboard filled only with winners.

If EMS produces 180 qualifying momentum cycles in a session, then all 180 belong in the record:

The quiet ones. The reversals. The mediocre moves. And the runners.

For August 6, the current scorecard includes all 180 EMS-admitted cycles.

Across August 5 and August 6, the first verified two-session population contains 290 cycles.

Important: These are maximum observed signal-to-peak price movements. They are not executed trades, achievable returns, or customer performance.

August 6 at a Glance

Across all 180 cycles:

• Median Raw H1 to Momentum Intelligence: 58 seconds

• Median additional move after Momentum Intelligence: +7.03%

• Subsequently reached at least +5%: 59.4%

• Subsequently reached at least +10%: 38.9%

• Subsequently reached at least +20%: 17.2% 

Those numbers include the whole population. Not just the stocks that ran.

How Early Momentum Trading Scorecard See It?

This may eventually become the most important measurement on the scorecard.

Across the full 290-cycle population:

At the First Raw H1

• Median move still remaining: +11.7%

• 56.21% later reached at least +10%

• 28.97% later reached at least +20%

• 6.21% later reached at least +50%

  
  

At Momentum Intelligence

• Median admission: 51 seconds after Raw H1

• Median move still remaining: +6.46%

• 36.9% later reached at least +10%

• 16.55% later reached at least +20%

• 3.79% later reached at least +50%

  
  

That begins answering the question I have been trying to solve since I started building this system:

How much of the move was still ahead when Early Momentum Signals first saw it?

The Exceptional-Move Tail

Most signals do not become huge runners. That needs to be stated plainly. But the larger moves were present inside the same complete population.

Across August 5 and August 6:

• 11 of 290 cycles — 3.8% subsequently expanded at least +50%

• 3 of 290 cycles — 1.0% expanded at least +80%

• 3 of 290 cycles — 1.0% expanded at least +100%

Those big moves were uncommon. That is exactly why they are interesting.

But the credibility of those runners depends on showing the rest of the signals right beside them.

I do not want to hide the noise. I want to measure it.

What Does That Look Like in Real Dollars?

Percentages are useful.

Actual prices make the story easier to understand.

YXT — August 5

YXT became one of the strongest examples in the two-day scorecard.

Raw H1 appeared near $3.73. Momentum Intelligence admitted it just 4 seconds later at $3.88.

The remaining measured expansion was +201.3%, corresponding to an approximate measured peak near $11.69.

Raw H1: $3.73 → Momentum Intelligence: $3.88 → Approximate measured peak: $11.69

A substantial portion of the move was still ahead when Momentum Intelligence confirmed the developing momentum.

XHLD — August 6

XHLD produced the largest measured post-Momentum Intelligence expansion in this group.

Raw H1 appeared near $0.9762. Momentum Intelligence followed 12 minutes and 42 seconds later at approximately $1.15.

The remaining measured expansion was +371.3%, corresponding to an approximate measured peak near $5.42.

Raw H1: $0.9762 → Momentum Intelligence: $1.15 → Approximate measured peak: $5.42

XHLD first appeared near $0.9762 before Momentum Intelligence confirmed the developing move near $1.15 and the stock later reached a session high near $5.42.

The scorecard documents how much movement remained after the platform had already identified the developing momentum.

DSY — August 6

Not every signal became a monster runner. DSY is an important example of that.

Raw H1 appeared near $6.73. Momentum Intelligence admitted it just 14 seconds later at $6.80.

The remaining measured expansion was +6.5%, corresponding to an approximate measured peak near $7.24.

Raw H1: $6.73 → Momentum Intelligence: $6.80 → Approximate measured peak: $7.24

That belongs in the scorecard too.

WYHG — August 6

WYHG tells a very different story because the momentum developed much more slowly.

Raw H1 appeared near $7.62. Momentum Intelligence admitted it 25 minutes and 30 seconds later at approximately $8.24.

The remaining measured expansion was +72.8%, corresponding to an approximate measured peak near $14.24.

Raw H1: $7.62 → Momentum Intelligence: $8.24 → Approximate measured peak: $14.24

Even after a much longer confirmation period, a significant portion of the measured cycle remained.

I’m Excited About What Comes Next

There is another reason this matters.

These first verified scorecard sessions were measured before we migrated the Market Leaders architecture to reflect real-time streaming.

I expect faster Market Leaders visibility to improve the timing and quality of what enters the rest of the Command Center.

But expectation is not evidence. Now we have a way to find out.

Instead of saying:

“The upgrade made EMS better.”

We can measure whether:

• Signals are appearing earlier

• More of the move remains after admission

• Weak signals decline

• Momentum Intelligence improves

• The exceptional-move tail changes

• The Command Center becomes more useful over time

That is where this scorecard becomes much more than a marketing feature.

It becomes part of the improvement process itself.

Evidence Before Claims

The August 5 sealed Learning Center package contains 664 verified outputs with zero mismatches. August 6 contains 666 verified outputs with zero mismatches.

We have also created a portable audit package containing the methodology, supporting evidence, hashes, calculations, and verification material needed to reproduce and challenge the scorecard.

That does not mean an independent third party has certified Early Momentum Signals. It has not.

It means we are building the record so the numbers do not depend on me simply asking you to trust them.

The Daily Momentum Scorecard is not live on the website yet. But it is coming.

And I think it may become one of the most important parts of Early Momentum Signals, not because every day will look impressive, but because every day will leave evidence.

What worked?

What failed?

How early did EMS see it?

How much of the move remained?

And are we actually getting better?

That is the direction Early Momentum Signals is heading.
